In 2023, I was charged with conceptualizing label alternatives to substantially reduce the environmental impact of Majestic Glove packaging in coordination with BUNZL's Environmental Impact Task Force.
The goal:
Significantly and measurably reduce environmental impact of inner packaging
By creating a flat grayscale TIF of the "hero" image along with a black mask for the spot color that is replaced with high visibility coloring, the file stays lightweight and flexible to create files for variant garments quickly.
The solution:

Reduces 4/4 (CMYK) to 2/2 (spot colors)

from two 5"x7" tags per garment to one 3"x6" tag
